1.Mixer and batching system
1)Transmission system, during the operation of the equipment, the lubricating oil of each transmission gear, reduction box and chain should be filled in accordance with the regulations, and the equipment should be inspected in detail to avoid problems during operation and affect work efficiency. If there is oil leakage, heating, and brake pad wear of the bearing, it should be replaced in time.
2)To ensure the long-term stable operation of the oil seal structure, the bearing end seal should be refueled regularly. For the mixing system, to ensure the normal operation of the mechanical equipment, the mixer should be ensured to run smoothly, and the blades and other components should not be loose. If the blades and mixing arms are worn, they should be replaced in time, and the residual concrete in the equipment should be cleaned in time.
2.Waterway and admixture passage
1)The fluidity of the waterway will be affected by many factors, especially the sealing of the water pump. If a clean water source is not used during the operation of the machine, it will not only affect the metering, but also cause blockage of the waterway. The accuracy of water metering will be affected by the installation of the water pump and the seal. If there is a problem with the water pump seal during normal operation, it should be checked and repaired in time to avoid affecting the construction, and relevant records should be kept.
3.Maintenance and care of the air circuit
1)For the air compressor, the oil level must be kept at the lowest line during operation. Relevant personnel should regularly check the oil level and the quality of the lubricating oil, and replace and add it according to the actual situation. At the same time, it should be noted that No. 19 compressor oil should be used in summer and No. 13 compressor oil should be used in winter. The air compressor should be placed in a flat and clean place, and the working environment should not be humid or dusty. For the oil and water in the air storage cylinder, it should be released every two shifts to ensure the sensitivity of the safety valve. At the same time, it should be checked regularly, about once every 3 months, and the muffler needs to be cleaned every 250 hours of work.
