  1. Accurately plan, arrange and reasonably select dust removal equipment. Install the dust removal equipment directly on the inclined belt head cover. All induced air ducts are also connected to the inclined belt head cover to provide a sedimentation space for the dust blown off by the induced air duct, which is effective in reducing the amount of dust directly entering the dust removal equipment. Then install a pneumatic butterfly valve automatically controlled by the mixing station operating system at the lower mouth of the dust collection hopper of the dust removal equipment.
  2. The dust removal equipment should be carefully inspected and maintained. The control of the dust removal vibrator of the silo dust removal equipment is very important, but most concrete batching plant customers usually don't know its importance. When the dust removal function is found to be poor and the safety pressure relief valve begins to emit dust, the dust removal equipment is already full of dust. At this time, you want to start the vibrator to remove the dust on the filter element, but it is usually too late and it doesn't work at all. Therefore, each shift must check whether each dust removal pipe is dusty, because non-vertical dust removal pipes are easy to clog. Check the dust accumulation of each dust removal equipment filter element regularly, and disassemble and clean the filter element when necessary.

One. Use whole station packaging
The whole station packaging of the concrete batching plant is to fully encapsulate all the mixing station equipment. The main machine packaging material uses sound insulation board. The sound insulation board should be better. Don't be greedy for cheap. If you don't understand the design in this regard, you can consult the relevant manufacturer's technical personnel. Closing the material yard and using hollow bricks for sound insulation can reduce the noise to the minimum.

Two. Use new concrete mixers
The noise source of the concrete batching plant is mainly from the concrete mixing host of the concrete batching plant. The new concrete mixing host can effectively reduce the noise produced by the concrete batching plant.

  1. Improve the manufacturing accuracy of the concrete mixer silo: Study a complete set of processing technology solutions to improve the manufacturing accuracy of the concrete mixer silo, so that the gap between the lining plate of the silo and the mixing blades can reach less than 0.5mm during installation, to prevent the gap from being too large and easy to get stuck with stones and make noise during mixing. Three. Gas circuit noise reduction
Many concrete mixing plants use cylinders as actuators. At the end of the stroke, the impact is large and the noise is high. The gas-liquid contact buffer cylinder is introduced, and hydraulic buffering is used at the end of the stroke to reduce noise.
Of course, there are more ways to remove dust and reduce noise through continuous exploration and experimentation. But overall, it needs to be arranged according to the equipment coordination and work needs on site. While pursuing cost reduction, manufacturers cannot ignore long-term benefits. They cannot simply consider the price when purchasing equipment in order to reduce costs, without considering quality and after-sales.
