A mixer and related feeding and batching system is a production line. A general project can have one production line. Large and important projects should have two production lines, arranged in parallel and symmetrical to ensure uninterrupted supply of concrete for the project.
A project can have only one mixing station, or it can set up mixing stations by area, or centrally set up a large mixing station, and then equipped with an appropriate amount of concrete transport tankers.
The specific amount can be determined according to actual conditions.
2.The area of the sand and stone yard must be large enough to meet the needs of the project consumption and to facilitate the organization of feeding and replenishment.
Sand and gravel are stacked in different areas to prevent mixing from causing inaccurate concrete grading; loaders are equipped to feed and stack sand and gravel neatly; the site should be hardened to facilitate loader loading and prevent dirt and other debris from entering the sand and gravel.
3.A mixing station is equipped with 1-2 water tanks, which must be able to ensure the mixing and mechanical cleaning of concrete.
4.As for the method of transporting finished concrete, you can choose a concrete pump or a transport tanker. The concrete pump method is based on the transportation distance, height and supply of concrete. It is generally arranged in front of the mixer and connected to the pouring site with a pump pipe; for places that cannot be irrigated by a concrete pump or are relatively far away, it is more appropriate to use a transport tanker.
