The cement silo (cement tank) at the mixing site is a simple installation cylinder, but when purchasing it, you need to purchase more than just the barrel of the cement tank. The complete set of equipment for the cement silo (cement tank) includes the tonnage and diameter of the cement silo, the silo, the legs, the internal and external maintenance ladders, the dust removal on the top of the silo, the arch breaking device, the discharge port butterfly valve, and the user-selectable material level meter and electric dust removal.
Cement silos (cement tanks) of different tonnages have different diameters:
30T cement silo diameter: 2.0m
50T cement silo diameter: 2.5m
60T cement silo diameter: 2.5m
80T cement tank diameter: 2.5m or 3.0m
100T cement tank diameter: 3.0m.
150T cement tank diameter: 3.5m
200T cement silo diameter: 4.5m
The silo, legs, internal and external maintenance ladders of the cement tank, and the discharge hopper butterfly valve are all very simple and easy to understand, so I won't introduce them here. We will focus on dust removal on top of cement silos, arch breakers and level gauges:
1.Dust removal on the top of the silo can be divided into simple canvas bag dust removal and electronic dust removal. The canvas bag dust removal is a square cloth bag sewn with green belts and installed near the entrance of the cement silo top; the electronic dust removal can absorb the suspended particles in the tank and reduce the pollution to the surrounding environment. When there is a lot of dust on the vacuum cleaner, the electronic control system can start the vibration motor on the vacuum cleaner to shake off the dust.
2.The lower cone of the cement tank is equipped with an air-blowing arch-breaking device. The small electromagnetic reversing valve located in the air control box is used to control the release of compressed air to break the arches of cement and various powders to avoid blockage caused by powder accumulation. The air source can be provided by the air circuit system of its matching mixing equipment. The start of the air-blowing arch-breaking device is controlled by the electronic control system according to the supply time of cement or other powders. That is, when the supply time exceeds the set time, the arch-breaking device can be automatically blown or manually controlled.
3.The level meter is equipped with limit switches above and below the cement tank, which can sense the storage height of the material in the tank and reflect the storage status of cement or other powdered materials in the cement tank in a timely and accurate manner through electrical signals.
