- It is strictly forbidden to build and maintain during operation, and avoid using tools to reach into the mixing drum to scrape mortar or discharge materials.
- When the concrete mixer is running at full load and suddenly loses power or bypasses, the power switch should be pulled down at first, and the concrete in the mixing drum should be cleaned by manpower. It is not allowed to drive the mixer with load to prevent excessive current from damaging the motor during startup.
- The operation of the electric mixer must be easy to operate on the operating table with a wooden board.
- If the power of the concrete mixer is above 5 kilowatts, a starter must be installed. During startup, if arcing, sparking, or sudden voltage drop occurs, the startup should be stopped for a while, the power supply should be cut off, and inspection and repair should be stopped.
- When the feed hopper is lifted, it is strictly forbidden to work or move under the hopper; when the foundation pit of the hopper needs to be cleaned or inspected under the hopper, it is necessary to make arrangements with the operator and wait until the hopper is fastened with a chain before stopping.
- Straw bags should be laid at the bottom of the foundation pit to serve as pillows for the hopper. When the hopper falls to the ground, it should be stopped for a while, and then put to the bottom to avoid damaging the hopper due to too fast a drop speed.
- When the feed hopper rises, the water valve should be opened to insert personal water, and water should not be released until the material enters the barrel.
