The installation precautions of electronic truck scales mainly include the following aspects:
Foundation site selection and construction

Choose a solid ground for foundation construction, avoid being close to the river or loose soil to prevent the foundation from sinking or breaking.
Ensure that the foundation construction meets the building concrete standards, the foundation depth should reach below the permafrost line, and ensure that the embedded parts are not displaced in place.
Installation method
Choose a shallow foundation pit or no foundation pit installation according to site conditions. Although the construction cost of a shallow foundation pit is high, the scale body is flush with the ground, beautiful and convenient for weighing; no foundation pit installation is simpler and easy to maintain and drain.
Power supply and lightning protection
During installation, ensure that there is an independent power supply to avoid sharing electricity with frequently started electrical equipment.
Install a lightning rod near the scale body, and ensure that the grounding wire and maintenance are good to prevent damage from lightning strikes.
Vehicle speed limit and operation safety
Set a speed limit sign on the scale to prevent the impact of sudden braking of high-speed vehicles on the scale.
During operation, ensure that the vehicle speed does not exceed 5km/h to protect the sensor and extend its service life.
Daily maintenance and cleaning
Clean the scale body regularly, especially the screw part, to prevent corrosion.
Check whether the limit bolts touch the protective edge to ensure the stability of the scale body.
Environmental adaptability
In rainy or humid areas, avoid installing the scale body in the foundation pit to prevent damage to the sensor.
Avoid installing the scale body at the wind outlet to prevent the wind from affecting the weighing result.
