Application:CHAND 60m³/h concrete batching plant  is suitable for large and medium-sized water conservancy, power, bridge and other projects with large concrete engineering volume, long construction period and concentrated construction sites. It’s mostly preferred for high capacity concrete production requirements for special projects and for the projects which will take a long time in the same location.

CHAND 60m³/h concrete batching plant is composed of mixing, batching and electrical control system etc,and the quantity of cement silo and screw conveyor can be customized according to customer needs.

The Concrete Mixer is JS1000 concrete mixer,it has high capacity but less time, the belt feeding and adjustable hydraulic discharge door.

Batching System is PLD1600 concrete batching machine.

Teighing system has adopted electric weighing automatically be applied for correction and measure,it has very high weighing accuracy and the error is less than 1%.

CHAND has a wide range of stationary concrete batching plants which have production capacity from 25 m³/h to 180 m³/h of one mixer and can be customized according to customer needs.
