Common Faults and Solutions

1. If control is out of control or misoperation occurs during batching, turn off the power supply of the batching machine controller and restart it.

2. If the weighing is inaccurate, check whether there is support around the weighing system and whether the eyebolts are flexible, remove the supporting debris, sensor drift error, and recalibrate the weighing system.

3. If a certain material is not batched, check the electrical control circuit and eliminate the fault.

4. If the tape deviates, you need to adjust the screw of the tensioning device.
