Screw Conveyor has two types：
Shafted U-type Screw Conveyor: This type has a central shaft with screw blades fixed onto it, making it suitable for transporting heavier or sticky materials, providing better support and stability.
Shaftless U-type Screw Conveyor: This type does not have a central shaft, and the screw blades operate directly within the trough. It is ideal for transporting materials that are prone to sticking or clogging, reducing wear and the risk of blockage.
Operating Principle:
It uses rotating screw blades to push materials from one end to the other, suitable for transporting powdery or granular materials.
