Structural composition:
Concrete batching machines are composed of three major parts: feeding system, weighing system and electrical control system.
1.Feeding system: It consists of a storage hopper and a feeding device. Its main function is to store materials and add materials to the weighing hopper under the control of the control system.
2.Weighing system: The weighing system is the key part of the batching machine. It consists of a weighing hopper, a hanging device, a weighing system sensor, a batching controller, etc.
3.Electrical control system: The electrical control system is the core component of the batching machine. Its function is to realize the weighing, display, operation of the entire batching machine and complete various automatic batching procedures. The system is mainly composed of a batching controller and a high-voltage circuit. For its appearance structure and use, please refer to the "Instructions for Use of Batching Controller".
Working principle: First, the cylinder is used to open the storage hopper door and discharge the material into the batching hopper. When the weight of the aggregate in the batching hopper reaches the weight adjusted by the scale, the scale bar tilts upward, thereby driving the travel switch installed on the scale arm to disconnect its normally closed contact. The cylinder is controlled by the electrical control system to close the storage hopper door, stop discharging, and complete the weighing process. Then, the cylinder is used to open the batching hopper door as needed, and the weighed mixture is sent to the mixer hopper through the conveyor.
