Bulk cement storage tanks are generally used in concrete mixing plants. Bulk cement tanks are closed tanks for storing bulk materials. They are suitable for storing various bulk materials such as grain, cement, fly ash, etc. The tank is equipped with a material level system that can display the location and quantity of the materials. The hole-breaking device can remove solids generated by the long sedimentation of materials. The cement silo and screw pump can transport the materials to various locations. The water tank is easy to install, safe and reliable. It is an ideal bulk storage tank for mixing plants.
Composition and structural features of cement tanks
1. Cement silos (cement tanks) are composed of: silo steel structure, ladder, guardrail, feed pipe, dust collector, pressure safety valve, high and low level gauge, discharge valve, etc.
Description of dust removal system, arch breaking device, and material level device:
(1) Dust removal system: An electrostatic dust removal device is installed on the top of the cement tank, which can effectively absorb suspended particles in the silo and reduce pollution to the surrounding environment.
(2) Arch breaking device: The lower cone of the cement tank is equipped with an air blowing arch breaking device. The small electromagnetic reversing valve located in the air control box is used to control the release of compressed air to break the arch of cement and various powders and avoid powder accumulation.
(3) Material level device: The cement tank material level device can sense the storage height of the material in the silo.
2. Structural characteristics of cement tank
The cement silo (cement tank) is a cylindrical structure with four round tube legs supporting the bottom. The whole silo is welded with steel structure. A dust collector and pressure safety valve are installed on the top.
(1). Cement tanks are usually supporting products of concrete mixing stations (construction).
(2). Suitable for loading bulk cement and dry fly ash, with the characteristics of rainproof, moisture-proof and easy to use, and can also be made according to the specifications and sizes required by customers.
(3). Generally speaking, it is a cylindrical support structure with a dust-proof device on the upper part to prevent dust leakage, and a broken arch device on the lower part to prevent dust agglomeration, so that the dust can be unloaded smoothly, and equipped with a material level sensor so that the material in the silo can be mastered at any time.
(4). Bulk cement transport trucks are generally used to transport pulverized coal gas into the warehouse. According to the different structures of cement warehouses, there are generally two ways to unload powder. One is to connect the lower part with a screw conveyor, and the screw conveyor is used for powder delivery and metering, and the other is pneumatic conveying (for cement tanks with special structures).
